I work using a client centred approach and draw upon various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Therapy and Solution Focused Brief therapy.

I view each person as unique, and my approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential for growth and self-awareness to reach their full potential given the right environment and support.

By gaining a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, you will learn how to communicate more effectively with others and build stronger and more meaningful relationships. By exploring your inner experiences and working through your challenges, you can gain a greater sense of control over your life and a deeper understanding of what you need to do to achieve your goals.
